If you’re here, you’ve probably struggled with the question “what’s for dinner?” Whether you want to be a better cook or to simplify and cut down on your time in the kitchen, the meal prep challenge is perfect for you.
I used to think that eating seriously delicious food was only really possible for stay at home moms or people who had much less busy lives. As a result, I used to live mostly off take out. What I discovered is that by adjusting my routine ever so slightly, I was able to eat home cooked food within minutes every day of the week.
A System that Works
The reason I made this meal prep challenge is to help others to start cooking more at home. Being better and faster at doing something is not so much about being naturally good at something. It is about making a plan that works for you.
Every day during the 5-day challenge you will receive an email that explains a simple task for you to complete, guiding you to your own personalized meal prep plan. As long as you stick to the plan and continue to practice, you will see that you are able to cook more at home. While you might start with simple steps, thanks to the compound effect, you will become more comfortable in the kitchen and create food that is more and more enjoyable.
During this challenge you will:
- Gain clarity about what foods you actually want/ need to eat
- Put together your own cookbook to avoid wasting hours looking up recipes
- Create a meal prep day routine that fits your lifestyle
- Create a pantry list – steal mine or get inspired and make your own
